Our Story
Most organizations we meet are dealing with some version of the same problem. The technology has to work, securely and continuously and without drama. And the team responsible for it is stretched thinner than anyone likes to admit. Roles sit open for months. Projects stall waiting on one skill set. The people covering the gap get tired, and eventually one of them leaves.
Those aren't two problems. You can't run a stable environment without the right people in it, and you can't keep the right people in an environment that's always on fire.
Synergy Partners was built to work on both ends of that. We're a woman-owned technology company delivering managed IT services and technical staffing, which means we can stabilize an environment and staff it, instead of handing you back and forth between a vendor and a recruiter who have never spoken to each other.
